Case study

From problem to working product

This logistics and delivery app was designed around the full delivery workflow: dispatch visibility, driver actions, shipment tracking and clear status information for each job.

Project brief

Delivery operations become difficult to coordinate when dispatchers, drivers and customers are working from different versions of the same information. The product needed a mobile-first workflow that keeps the important delivery state visible without making drivers navigate a complicated operations system.

What Rahmontech designed

  • An active-deliveries view with status, destination and priority information.
  • Map-based shipment tracking with route and ETA context.
  • Delivery-detail screens for addresses, package information and assigned drivers.
  • Simple status actions for pickup, in-transit, arrival and completed delivery states.
  • Proof-of-delivery information that can be attached to a completed job.
  • Interfaces designed to remain readable on the move and on smaller phone screens.

Operational design

The mobile experience keeps frequent driver actions close to the surface while leaving deeper operational detail to the dispatch side of the system. Network variability, touch targets and clear status feedback are treated as product requirements rather than visual polish.

Delivery outcome

The finished product direction provides one coherent flow from dispatch to delivery confirmation. The interface preview uses representative routes and shipment details rather than identifying a real customer or live delivery.
