Case study

From problem to working product

EmailBlast is a Rahmontech email operations platform built to bring campaign management, contact handling, sender health and message activity into one working environment.

The need

Email operations become difficult to manage when campaign setup, audience data, sending health and delivery events are scattered across separate tools or technical logs. The product needed to make those operational details understandable without hiding the information a technical user still needs.

What we built

  • Campaign creation and management from a single workspace.
  • Contact and audience organisation for targeted sends.
  • Clear sending and delivery status across campaign activity.
  • Sender and domain-health visibility for operational monitoring.
  • Engagement reporting for delivered, opened and clicked messages.
  • Recent activity and campaign history designed for quick diagnosis.

Product direction

The interface is designed around the questions an email operator actually asks: what is being sent, who is receiving it, whether the provider accepted it, what was delivered, and where attention is needed. The dashboard preview above represents that product direction rather than a claim about a specific customer campaign.

Result

EmailBlast gives Rahmontech a focused email platform that can grow beyond basic sending into campaign operations, monitoring, provider integrations and reporting without forcing users to work from raw infrastructure events.
